Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To start the process, email our support team at support@hikamping.com with a clear photo of the issue. Once we review and approve your request, we will arrange a refund or send you a replacement within 10 business days.

Damages or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem quickly.

Refund Processing
For approved returns, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.
