How Quickly Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We typically dispatch orders within 4 business days. After your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
What Are the Shipping Costs And When will I receive my order?
All orders over $75 within the U.S are eligible for free shipping!
After the order has been dispatched, it will take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered in the U.S and 10 to 25 business days outside the U.S
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.
The shipping cost will show up at checkout.
Need to Change Your Delivery Address?
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Our fulfillment process is highly automated, and once your order reaches a certain stage, we won’t be able to make any changes to the address.
What If My Order Is Lost?
If you think your order is lost, please take the following steps before reaching out to us:
- Review your Shipping Confirmation Email and Tracking Number to confirm the address.
- Check with your local post office to see if the package is being held there.
- Ask your neighbors in case the package was delivered to them by mistake.
